1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using PDFMaster Pro / PDF Editor (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. License & Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on your Android device in accordance with these Terms and Google Play terms of service.

All copyright, trademarks, designs, and intellectual property rights in the software remain the exclusive property of Vanya Tech.

3. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Refunds

• Pro Access: PDFMaster Pro offers optional premium subscriptions (Monthly, Yearly) and one-time Lifetime purchases that unlock advanced features, remove advertisements, and enable unlimited batch operations.
• Billing: Payments and subscriptions are processed directly through Google Play Billing. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled in your Google Play account at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• Refunds: Refund requests are managed in accordance with Google Play's standard refund policies via the Google Play Store.

4. User Content & Local Data Responsibility

You retain full ownership and copyright of any PDF files, text, images, or documents processed through the App. Because all processing is done locally on your device, you are responsible for maintaining regular backups of your important files.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, distribute modified versions of the App, or utilize the App for any unlawful purpose.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vanya Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
