Data Deletion Request - PDFMaster Pro

Your Data Belongs to You: PDFMaster Pro is architected so that all your documents, scans, and converted files reside solely on your physical device or inside your private Google Drive vault. We do not store your documents on our servers.

How to Delete Your Data

1. Deleting On-Device Files & App Cache

Inside the App: Long press any recent document and tap Delete to remove it from the app's history and local storage.
From Android Settings: Go to Settings $\rightarrow$ Apps $\rightarrow$ PDF Editor / PDFMaster Pro $\rightarrow$ Storage $\rightarrow$ Clear Data. This permanently purges all local cached files, preferences, and referral logs.

2. Removing Google Drive Synced Data

Open your Google Drive app or visit drive.google.com.
Locate the PDF Editor Cloud Vault folder and delete it.
To revoke the app's access to your Google Account, visit Google Account Third-Party Access and select Remove Access for PDF Editor.

3. Requesting Account & Diagnostics Deletion

If you wish to request the deletion of any email support history or crash telemetry associated with your device identifier, submit a deletion request via email:

Processing Time: All associated communication logs and diagnostic records will be permanently purged within 7 business days.
